It is the essential document required to apply for a spot on the roster.

However, many athletes make the mistake of "one and done." In reality, your questionnaire should be a living document updated 3 to 4 times a year. Here is why staying on top of your data is critical for recruiting success.

1. Navigating Compliance & Recruiting Software

Colleges must adhere to strict NCAA/NAIA compliance regulations. To manage this, programs invest heavily in Recruiting Management Software like ARMS, Jumpforward, Warroom, and FrontRush.

These platforms are the "brain" of a scouting department. They track everything from camp invites and social media activity to depth charts.
